Terms & Conditions:

Completion of Registraion (Klook) Participants who purchase an event entry via Klook are solely responsible for completing the registration process, which requires:

1.Accessing the official event registration form (https://endurancecui.active.com/new/events/94093814/select-race?p=35093453299144395&error=login_required&state=0a00315f-6b57-4264-9568-d50f73264950) ; 2.Selecting the identical distance/category as purchased through Klook; 3.Providing all required personal information in full and accurately; and 4.Entering the unique discount code contained in Klook’s confirmation email at checkout.

Failure to complete any of the above steps will result in the entry being deemed incomplete, and the participant will forfeit all rights to event participation without any entitlement to a refund, credit, or transfer. The Organiser shall bear no liability in such circumstances, and the Cancellation & Refund Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Cancellation & Refunds

For those who have pruchased entry via Klook, participants are respoinsible for completing the registration process by going to our official registration form, selecting the same category as paid on Klook, and providing their personal information, using the unique code provided by Klook (confirmation email) at checkout. We hold no liabilities if particpants fail to complete their registration. Cancellation & Refund Terms & Conditions still apply.

Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No refund in case of any race disruption including but not limited to cancellation, suspension, reroute, or delay due to weather condition or force majeure such as outbreak, demonstration, or unexpected cancellation of event permits by government. No transfer of credit is possible to another race and you can NOT give your entry to another person or sell it to another person. HK$150 for all changes, admin changes like adding a team/charity/sponsor name or changing a distance category which does not include any price differences in categories which must also be paid in addition with a deadline for all changes 2 weeks before the race. After the deadline 2 weeks before the race no changes will be accepted. If the race is postponed or moved to a new date, the above rules still applies until the race proceeds. Race Director has the final say on all matters.
