Eligibility
- Only adult and children's tickets with real names are available. For other special tickets, please purchase those at the port
- Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge
- Children aged 6-13 years old can purchase child ticket
- Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- If an adult passenger is traveling with a child under 1.2 meters tall or under 6 years old (not included), please go to the ticket window at the departure terminal at least 30 minutes in advance with the child's valid ID (for infants under 2 years old, please provide birth certificate) to apply for a free real-name ticket. Each adult can bring 2 free children. If there are more than 2 children, half-price tickets should be purchased for the excess number of children.

- Passengers with real-name tickets must present their original ticket purchase documents when entering the station for ticket inspection. Only when the documents match the passengers can they enter the station or board the ship. Those who enter the station or board the ship with other people's documents or refuse ticket inspection and relevant documents by ticketing staff will not be allowed to enter the station to wait for the ship and will be dealt with in accordance with relevant management regulations.
- For the return trip, you can only take the tourist passenger route at Sanqiutian Wharf and Neicuoao Wharf. 15:00-18:30 is the peak time for the return trip from Gulangyu Island. The queues for ticket inspection and waiting time for the boat are long. Please arrange your trip in advance.
