If your hotel is located in a more remote area of the city center, the bus may not be able to reach it directly. 1. The cruise ship has upper and lower VIP cabins. The prices displayed on the tickets are the same, but the actual purchase prices are different (the price is higher than the ticket price, and the excess is the manual booking service fee). If you mind, please do not place an order for tickets, thank you;
2. Tickets must be purchased with real names. You must provide the ID number or other documents of the passenger boarding the ship (Hong Kong tourists need to provide a Mainland Travel Permit, Taiwan tourists need to provide a Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and foreign tourists need to provide a passport). If a child ticket does not have an ID card, you need to inform the guardian's ID number. The guardian's ID number must be in this cruise (customer service will confirm the ID information with you after placing the order);
3. Seats are randomly arranged by the scenic spot's computer system, and it cannot be guaranteed that they will be consecutive. If necessary, please coordinate with other tourists on-site to exchange seats.
4. If there are not enough upper deck seats, you will be changed to the lower deck, charged according to the lower deck standard, and the price difference will be refunded. The boat ticket is the invoice (the paper boat ticket is stamped with the special invoice seal), and no additional invoice will be issued.
5. Guilin city hotels (excluding surrounding counties) - Zhujiang Wharf one-way connecting bus shared ride, the customer service will notify the meeting point and departure time one day in advance before 22:00.
6. The Li River four-star cruise will pick you up at the hotel at around 7:00 in the morning and take the 9:00 to 10:00 boat (the specific boat schedule will be notified 1 day in advance before 20:00).

Important Reminder: According to relevant regulations, foreign tourists purchasing Li River four-star cruise tickets must complete real-name registration. After the order is successfully placed, our customer service staff will contact you and ask you to provide a clear electronic version (scanned copy or high-definition photo) of your passport information page (including name, passport number, photo and validity period) to ensure that all information is complete and identifiable. If you cannot accept or provide the above-mentioned certificate information, please do not book this product, so as not to affect your travel arrangements.
