This was a lovely cruise. Standards were high which was nice. Staff was super friendly and our room was well supplied. We had a severe allergy and the staff took the time to accommodate this by providing alternatives and explaining choices. Happy hour and the drink service with meals was a bit slow as we had to call someone over. Drinks were a bit pricey but that’s how they make money. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but lunch and dinner were exceptional. The daily itinerary was good but rushed with 1-3 hours during the day for personal time. Pick up organised by Klook was chaotic as usual and we needed to reach out to Klook to organise pick up times the day before. It is also advertised as having Tai Chi every morning which the staff said they haven’t had since 2019. Overall the cruise itinerary, staff and vessel were lovely however Klook as an organiser let this down.
