They delivered the scooter to my hotel. The staff was friendly, and I was able to comfortably visit tourist spots that were difficult to get to. Since it's an electric scooter, it only runs for about 70km, but even when the battery died, they exchanged it for another scooter, so I was able to use it for the whole day.

There seems to be a lack of communication between the provider and Klook. We chose the delivery option but upon arriving on the pick up address they are not there. Luckily we search on Google maps for their contact info. Had to call the provider and wait for 30minutes. I am disappointed with the waiting timel and the motor given to us is old.
