Reviews
We were able to board the cable car by showing the QR code on our voucher, but the first staff member told us, "This isn't a ticket." When I peeked at another tourist's smartphone, it looked like they had purchased it locally and didn't have a QR code. Undeterred, I explained the situation to another staff member and showed the QR code, and they let us ride. My heart was pounding, wondering if it would be okay. Since it might depend on the staff member, and there are several around, I think it's a good idea to ask a few different people. Even with that little hiccup, we had a wonderful stay in San Francisco.
very good experience
I was not allowed to ride at the Powell street and Califronia street. The conductor said "I have the wrong company". I had to walk a mile to the start of the cable car operation. I was disappointed with Klook for selling a service that the provider was not familiar with it's third party seller.
Very dissatisfied. I bought a one-day ticket and found out it could only be redeemed for a single trip. Later, I bought another day's ticket myself at the main station. I didn't use your company's ticket. I want to apply for a refund.
