We enjoyed the convenience of just sitting back and even fell asleep the whole way from Sun Moon Lake to Taoyuan Airport. The driver came 1 hour earlier than the pickup time and patiently waited for us coz we were still somewhere else at the time. He assisted us with our luggages and drove drove smoothly. The car was clean and either new or well maintained. They provided the driver's info and confirmation the the day before, responds fast to emails and even requests feedback right after the trip, which shows they care for customer satisfaction. Totally recommended!

The driver is very calm. LINE came to introduce himself before flying for 1 night, drove to Nim 4 people to sleep all the way. Suitable for those of us who fly at 2 am to the airport at 7 o'clock in the morning, no need to drag luggage, get wet, rain on the train, continue to have a strong tour bus. The driver is great! Help with luggage! From Taichung to Sun Moon Lake, the driver was very quiet. After waking up, we talked and introduced Sun Moon Lake’s scenery and weather characteristics professionally. Talk as you need, and quiet drivers are the best! You can go from the designated place (restaurant) to the designated hotel, which is awesome. Otherwise, I have to spend more time and money to get back to the high-speed rail station from the restaurant... But I forgot to take pictures of the car QQ

The driver (Mr Rock Xu) was on time and very friendly. He gave us some tips on travelling in sun moon lake (日月潭). He drove carefully and skillfully.
