• The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour.
• It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times.
• Please leave a Whatsapp number where you will be contacted by our support once you have booked the tour.
• Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.
• If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, at the time of booking you are aware of this possible change, subsequent refund requests will not be accepted. Example: If you choose the 9am time slot and the ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, 11am, 1pm, 4pm or 5pm.

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
