- The [Lujiang River Night Tour] will be canceled with a refund if there are fewer than 15 passengers on the day of departure. After the boat ride, passengers are responsible for returning to their hotels on their own.

- If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or performing assistants have taken reasonable care to avoid, our company will refund the expenses not incurred. If a delay is caused, our company will assist in making arrangements, and the tourist shall bear the increased expenses.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without consultation shall be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The unfinished portion will be deemed as a voluntary waiver, and our company will not refund the fee or be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and are not based on the listed price. The guest shall bear all consequences of unauthorized departure from the group.
- Our company will monitor the quality of the tour at any time. Please understand the limitations of group tours for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner regarding quality issues so that we can assist in resolving them in a timely manner. Before the end of the tour, tourists are requested to carefully and objectively fill out the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey Form."
