1.21 I found that the official information page of the order had conflicting contents. The itinerary route in the front said that it departed from Hung Hom Pier, while the precautions in the back said that it departed from Central Pier 8. I immediately asked the customer service, and the customer service replied that the latter was the standard, and asked me to refer to the credentials received in the mailbox. After checking the email PDF, it was found to be the same as the official event information page. 1.30, that is, on the evening of the second day of the Chinese New Year, I arrived at Central Pier 8 at 18:20 and was told that the boat departed from Hung Hom Pier. I spent HK$188 to take a taxi to Hung Hom Pier and was told that the water taxi No. 8 had left and was replaced by the most ordinary ferry. There was no meal and no good viewing environment. I watched the fireworks on an empty stomach. The gap was huge and I was very disappointed. No one answered the customer service phone. I complained to the platform twice. I sent a bad review. Please check the official information clearly, please pay attention to customer service training, and please refund my order fee! The good mood of the Chinese New Year was completely ruined!
The boat is simple, there are plenty of waiters, there are safety instructions, and the overall service is good. Due to the cold weather, the lunch box was cold as expected, but the roast pork became very hard when it was cold, and the barbecued pork was too thin and hard to chew. Catering was disappointing compared to budget. Due to the limited seating layout, if there are 4 people at a table, it is inevitable that many families of 3 will occupy one seat, making it difficult for everyone to have a seat. Need to improve or consider the upper limit of customers. Overall it is acceptable.
