The driver drove to pick up on time. It is very convenient for Ayutthaya to Bangkok in less than two hours.
Everything in Thailand is so good but We are really shock and disappointed with the service this time. We booked and paid for a van for the trip from Ayuttaya to Bangkok airport (booking reference ZWG041928). However, the van did not turn up and we got the blame that because we did not provide the flight number that is why our booking was cancelled. This sounds unreasonable as we booked and paid a few weeks before the trip, we should have asked for the flight number much earlier if needed. After talking to the person in-charge, we got to know that Klook get a third party to provide the van, the company is Thai Rhythm. We have provided the flight number to the staff at Thai Rhythm a day before our trip through what's app and the staff notified the receiving of the flight number (as attached photo). I think contacting the customer a day before their trip via email and cancel their booking without notice is kinda rude, and that is not the right way to serve the customer, although you promised the refund, we almost missed our flight as we have to find transport to go to the airport. We will not use any service from these companies anymore. It is risky.
