Customers are required to redeem their admission tickets at the organizer’s counter on the day of the event.

Fan benefit redemption arrangements:

1.All fan benefits are arranged and distributed by the organizer. For fan benefit redemption details, please refer to the organizer’s announcement Facebook; [instagram] (https://www.instagram.com/demain_culture_group/) shall prevail; Klook is not responsible to any fan benefit redemption process. 2.During the fan welfare meeting, the organizer will draw the winners based on seat numbers 2 days before the performance. No prior registration is required. Please pay attention to the official platform of the organizer to announce the list of winners. 3.Fans must present the original valid ticket on the day of the performance to redeem the benefits. Photocopies or photos of tickets will not be accepted. 4.In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.

Refund/Exchange Rules

• Tickets are valuable vouchers, not ordinary commodities. The cultural services behind them are time-sensitive and scarce, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Admission Rules

• You must bring your paper ticket for verification upon entry.

Children's Tickets

• Adult tickets are required for admission if you are over 1.2 meters tall, and no admission is allowed for those under 1.2 meters tall

Abnormal order arrangement description

• For abnormal ordering behavior, Klook has the right to cancel the corresponding order after the order is established or takes effect. Abnormal ordering behavior includes but is not limited to the following situations: (1) Orders that exceed the purchase limit through the same ID. (2) Orders that are reasonably determined to be not real consumers, including but not limited to orders that exceed the purchase limit through batches of identical or fictitious payment accounts, delivery addresses (including the actual delivery addresses filled in when placing the order), recipients, and telephone numbers.
