Always an awesome experience with Roberts Hawaii shuttles! Had them to pick us up and drop us off at the airport and other tours we had. Always a pleasure!
It was helpful because I could choose the time of the return bus. You can also shop at the Waikele Center next door. I was lucky that the Leonard's truck, which is famous for Malasada, came and I could buy it without lining up.

It is very convenient to go back and forth. The boarding point is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The bus arrives 15 minutes later than the appointment. The bus can be loaded on the bus. The return trip is available at 2/3/4: 30. If you come back later The bus is even better, after all, the outlet opens at 9 o'clock
Bus is late about 15 mins and we were abit worried that is not coming. Other than that all is good.
Convenient and plenty of shopping time, come back in advance to make an appointment without seats!
