2 to 3 Day Tour Explore Banff National Park and Rocky Mountains

This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We have visited lake Louise Abraham lake Johnston canyon and marble canyon etc. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. Couldn’t imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer time The guides are very responsible and helpful. They have arranged the schedule very reasonably which makes the pace very comfortable for us. They have also recommended many restos for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hiden spot to share so it make our photo collections more even awesome. We love for being back again to Calgary for having another adventures.

The beautiful scenery around the town of Banff is really amazing. During the two-day tour, our two tour guides, Tommy & William, took us to see many scenic spots and private spots and took many photos. The most important thing is that both tour guides are very good at taking pictures! This time it’s winter in Banff. If I have the chance to come back in the summer in the future, I will also consider the Banff Journey itinerary.

This two day tour was great and u get value for your money. They are on time and the pickup location was accessible. Day 1 tour was Banff and day 2 was Jasper. They are true to their itinerary. Our guide William was awesome very hands on and a good photographer too🫶

We had a great time with Banff journey tour!! our guides Tommy and William were very good and knowledgeable. the tour itenerary was well organised and efficient. The first day takes was a busy day, taking us to many of the popular lakes while the second day took us to the local lakes in Banff. They are very accommodating and if you have any other questions they are very happy to help

Originally booked a two-day tour, but received notification a few days before departure that it had been changed to a one-day tour due to operational issues, with a promise of a half-price refund. The next day, another email informed us that the second day's itinerary had been changed to a one-day glacier tour, with optional glacier activities available for an additional fee on the day. As a result, there was no refund, and we ended up paying extra for the glacier tour. Day 1 itinerary: Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Banff town. Day 2 itinerary: Columbia Icefield (skywalk and Ice Explorer are optional and at your own expense; if you don't participate, you'll have to wait around for about three hours), Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier. The tour guides provided brief explanations of the itinerary on both days; however, the cancellation and subsequent changes to the itinerary without any refund or compensation made for a poor experience.

My whole family joined the 2-day Banff tour (departing from Calgary). Both tour guides (Christ and D) were super nice, provided detailed explanations, and were happy to offer information. The itinerary was well-paced and rich, and the vehicle, which accommodated just over ten people, was comfortable and stable. We were very satisfied!

Our tour guide, William, was fantastic! He's great at taking photos, shares his favorite hidden spots, and really knows how to create a fun atmosphere, making the whole trip even better! He can communicate in both English and Chinese, so I highly recommend him for your entire trip!

The tour guide made flexible adjustments to the itinerary to meet the needs of the tourists, and there was sufficient time to stay at different locations. The overall feeling was comfortable. I highly recommend it.
