Reviews
This ticket is very worthwhile. In addition to visiting San Gennaro, you can also visit another underground tomb, San Gaudioso, for free. The tomb is very large, and the tour guide will explain the history of the time along the way. It is worth a visit.
highly recommended tour. last minute booking but we enjoyed the tour, very informative about San gennaro and the catacombs were clean and comfortable. kudos to the conservation and tour operator team
Yesterday we had a half day visit to the Catacombs of San Gennaro and the Catacombs of San Gaudiosoin in Naples (they are even more spacious and impressive than the Roman ones and it’s the largest in Southern Italy). It is a place of silence, faith, and history carved deep beneath the city.
Very interesting guide tour to understand the history of San Gennaro
our guide was funny and knowledgeable. and he worships Maradona😊
It's recommended that you have a decent level of English proficiency before visiting, as there isn't much to see, but you need to understand the tour guide's historical explanations.
