[Pre-Trip Information]

• Regarding Purchasing Front Row Seats: The "Purchase Front Row Seats" service you selected allows you to prioritize seating in the first three rows. Special Note: Because team seats need to be coordinated uniformly, specific row numbers cannot be designated (only guaranteed to be one of rows 1-3). The tour guide will allocate seats according to the actual situation on the day, thank you for your understanding;
• If front row seats cannot be arranged due to special circumstances (such as vehicle adjustments or exceeding the team number) after purchase, we will communicate with you in advance, and you can choose to refund the purchase fee or retain the rights to a subsequent trip.
• Please be sure to arrive on time: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This trip is a fixed route group tour, and you will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the trip. Parking is not allowed outside the scenic spots at will.
• Depending on the number of people participating in the tour on the day, a small car model with a driver and guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the process (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary, and the driver will focus on driving with relatively brief explanations).
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

[Information During the Trip]

• The stop time at each scenic spot has been optimally designed, please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and traffic flow. In case of delays or partial itinerary changes, we will not be able to request refunds or compensation. Please forgive me and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own after the trip starts/leave the team midway, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period of leaving the group)
