- Physical Activity & Footwear This tour involves moderate walking over uneven terrain (lava rock, forest paths). Participants must be in good physical health. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns when booking.
- Accessibility This tour is not recommended for guests using wheelchairs, motorized scooters, or strollers due to required walking over volcanic and uneven terrain and limited storage space. Our vehicles cannot accommodate non-folding mobility aids.
- Child Seating Child Booster Seat Rentals are available as an optional add-on ($10 per seat) during booking. Guests are legally responsible for installing all child safety seats themselves; our guides are prohibited from assisting with installation.
- Weather & Volcano Conditions Tours operate rain or shine. Please dress in layers and be prepared for rain, sun, wind, and cold temperatures at the volcano summit. Volcano conditions can change rapidly; we will adjust the itinerary as needed for your safety and best experience.
- Minors & General Safety All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No animals are permitted on tour. (If you have a service animal, please reach out to us directly prior to booking a tour.)
