- The tour guide may appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the service standards are not lowered, depending on the actual situation at the time.
- Free pick-up from hotels within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an (except for national holidays such as Labor Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). For locations far outside the Third Ring Road, please proceed to the nearest meeting point. To ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the pick-up range and time will be subject to the notification from our staff the night before the tour.
- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or emergencies, that prevent the tour from proceeding at the agreed time or according to the itinerary, any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes shall be borne by the traveler.
- During the tour, you may pass through many venues (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) which may have various types of shops. These shops are not arranged by the travel agency. Any shopping needs are personal choices of the traveler. Please carefully identify the quality of the goods and ask the merchant for valid proof of purchase to protect your legitimate rights!
- Travelers must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to improper personal storage.
- You must bring a valid ID card with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots due to failure to carry a valid ID card, you will be responsible for the losses incurred.
- Complimentary items that cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as flights, weather, or scenic spot closures will not be refunded.
- If a guest voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a voluntary waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the guest will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- The travel agency does not recommend travelers to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from travelers' unauthorized actions.
- Travelers must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the tour itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the traveler's physical discomfort.

- The main basis for accepting and resolving disputes regarding tourists' complaints is the "Service Quality Survey" filled out by the tourists themselves in Xi'an. If the traveler does not reflect the quality problem on this survey and does not reflect the quality problem through telephone or other means during the trip in Xi'an, it will be regarded as the traveler's satisfaction. Any appeal raised after the return trip will not be accepted, and the travel agency will not be liable for any compensation.
