- Shuttle Service Area: We provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers located within the following boundaries: East to Hangzhou East Railway Station; South to the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zihua Road; West to Gudang Bus Station; and North to Dengyun Road. This excludes customers in Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, Xiaoshan, etc. Pick-up and drop-off service outside these areas will incur an additional charge, the specific amount of which will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after your order is confirmed.
Schedule: Standard departure is around 9:00 AM. The tour generally concludes around 5:00 PM, after which you will be returned to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule is flexible. You can negotiate the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxed trip.
Service Duration Notice: Please note that our overall service duration is limited to approximately 8 hours. Overtime will incur an additional charge, and we will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
