  • As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up and drop off route
  • Please fill out your Flight Information and Destination Information in the space provided when booking. Refusal may cause the failure of your shuttle service bookings
  • For International Flight Departure Shuttle Service, local operator will pick you up at your selected hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time
  • Once the van departs the airport to NYC, the route is determined by the location of passenger hotels. The closest hotel is first, next closest is second, and so forth
  • Surcharge for oversized and extra luggage:
  • Each passenger may only bring 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 small carry-on due to the limited luggage space on the vehicle. No single bag may weigh more than 27kg (60lbs)
  • If you will be bringing special luggage or odd-shaped baggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer
  • Likewise, a private transfer will be required for passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of private ride service and net rate of Klook issuing voucher
  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Passenger with oversized or extra luggage will be required to pay the Oversized and Extra Luggage fees in cash at the counter

This is immediate confirmation. After that you will receive a email and voucher. Read the instructions carefully so that you know what to do when you arrive at the airport. I touched down at Newark airport early morning. No one was at the Welcome Center and thus I needed to call using the phone beside the Welcome Center, provided the booking number, my location. The driver came to pick me up after 10 minutes. I arrived at my hotel in mid down in about 50 minutes. The coach was comfy. Great experience!

Very cheap alternative to booking a taxi (the latter costs about 90+ usd excluding toll) if you are going to Manhattan. We weren’t able to arrive on the estimated time because of immigration queue but I dialed #18 and they arrived 15 mins after (faster than estimated time of 30 minutes)

Wait for half an hour to register at the tourist information center of JFK Airport. After boarding the bus, it will take half an hour to pick up at different terminals in the airport. It will take an hour from the airport to Manhattan. The time varies, since the hotel I stayed in was final, it took three and a half hours from the airport check-in to the hotel check-in. The booking process is very convenient, it is best to wait two or three days in advance, wait for the email notification after the booking, determine the pick up time and place, and then be ready to go on time! I was the first one to be picked up that day. The driver was very punctual and even arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. There was still five and a half hours before my estimated departure time.
