What to expect

  • Discover the essence of traditional Japanese home cooking, "Ichiju-sansai", in Nagoya, where local fermentaion traditions enhance dishes with miso, malt and soy sauce
  • Learn how to make dashi, the basic soup stock for Japanese cuisine, using kombu and dried bonito flakes from Grandma
  • Enjoy tea ceremony with sweets
  • You can choose from three types of menu:(One group of participants can only select one menu.) 1:Grilled chicken marinated with red miso ・Vegetable soup with soy sauce and 4 others 2:Grilled salmon with salted rice malt ・Pork and vegetable miso soup and 4 others 3:Nagoya home meal ・Tebasaki (chicken wings) ・Tenmusu (rice balls with shrimp tempura) ・Kishimen noddles and 3 others ●If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance.
