[La Sinfonia Hotel] La enMay Spa & Massage Experience in Ha Noi

I went to get a massage with my seven-year-old (Korean age) child, making three of us. This was the second massage of the trip, and the massage room and skills were much better than the more expensive hotel massage. Above all, I was very grateful that the senior masseuse took care to give my five-year-old child a massage, even though there was no menu for them. The massage skills and pressure were very comfortable and good. I usually don't write things like this, but I'm 200% willing to revisit.

They were accommodating despite the short notice. The shop had a calm atmosphere and I was able to relax after my trip. I'm glad I was able to get a great experience at a more reasonable price by booking through Klook. I'd like to ask again.

I used this service while staying at the same hotel. I received a discount coupon from the hotel at check-in, but Klook was cheaper. The foot bath and massage felt great and provided a fantastic experience. I was refreshed by the tea and oshibori provided at the beginning and end.

This is the best massage place in Hanoi! Every time I visit Hanoi, I make sure to come back here for a massage. The entire experience is very luxurious, and you get a private room. Most importantly, the massage technique is truly excellent!

For the price, the service was amazing. The staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. I was looking for a quality massage before leaving Vietnam and chanced upon this place. I was hoping for the best for availability and the original branch I booked was not available so I reached out to the operator and they helped me to checked and reschedule to the other branch. When we arrived, they greeted us with tea and body oil preferences which smelled amazing. The masseuse was good.

La Enmay just opened on Klook when I booked a spa treatment with them. I chose the body massage relaxing treatment. Though it was on the pricier side (understable considering it’s from a luxury hotel), the whole experience was worth every penny, especially if you want to avoid getting scammed from random spa places in Hanoi. Plus, you get treated like you’re in a five-star hotel resort. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and caring, which made me feel comfortable right away. I especially appreciated that they asked about the room temperature before the treatment — this is very important to me, as in many spas the air conditioning can feel too cold. Here, everything was perfectly adjusted. My therapist, Trang, was amazing. She has both strong and gentle hands and is clearly a true professional. I feel very lucky to have had her as my therapist. A very good experience, I believe I will come again. The staff speaks excellent English and is very attentive. They weren't lazy at all, and the store environment is very clean and hygienic. Definitely worth a try!
