Metropolitan Museum of Art Highlights Tour with Skip-the-Line Access

Even though I waited with my voucher since 10 o'clock, I couldn't find the guide. I asked each guide and couldn't meet them even though I looked for them. I called and asked where they were, but they said they were in front of the Pharaoh statue where we were supposed to meet, but they didn't come to pick them up. After that, the company's customer service center's response was also the worst. They only allowed communication in English and Spanish, so if you don't speak English, you can assume that you can't communicate with the customer service center at all. Make sure that At Home Trip has a Korean guide. There is a time difference with the Klook headquarters, so you won't be able to call right away and you'll have to wait for 8 hours. Of course, they won't give you a refund. This was the worst experience in New York. I'm attaching photos as evidence that I went there and came back, but I've lost faith in Klook. If you want to sell products in Korea, at least select a company that you can communicate with and make the labeling clear. This is the worst.
