- Please note that service is provided in Japanese only. Translation devices are available for languages other than Japanese. A bus tour guide will not accompany the tour, but a Japanese-speaking staff member will be on board.
- A friendly reminder that traffic congestion is common on weekends and holidays. Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers cannot work overtime, so the duration of stops at attractions may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to departure time. To avoid delays to the rest of the itinerary, the bus will depart on time. We will not contact you in advance, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Infants aged 0-2 who do not require a separate seat are free of charge. If a seat is required, the child fare will apply.
- Please note that this tour does not include meals. You will need to arrange your own meals.
- A smaller bus or minivan may be used if there are fewer participants.
- There will be no stops (including restroom breaks) between departure and arrival at the local venue. Thank you for your understanding.
- Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. Please note that no compensation will be provided if transportation services are suspended. In this case, cancellation fees for canceling the tour on the day will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- Delays may occur due to unavoidable factors such as traffic and weather, which may result in the cancellation of some attractions or affect the time spent visiting each attraction. Thank you for your understanding.
- Bus arrival times may be delayed due to traffic congestion or inclement weather. If you need to transfer to other means of transportation after the tour, please allow sufficient time. Our company will not be responsible for taxi or accommodation expenses incurred due to delays.
- If you are participating in this tour during your trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please avoid participating on the last day of your trip. (We are not responsible for compensation if the bus is delayed.)
- Passengers may check one suitcase each (not exceeding 30kg) into the bus trunk. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage should not exceed 155cm. Please do not store valuable luggage in the bus trunk. Our company will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage stored in the bus trunk.
