- [Regarding License Plate and Guide Information] The supplier will notify you of the next day's tour meeting time, guide, and license plate information via email before 9:00 PM Japan time the day before the trip. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, the latest email received shall prevail.
- [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For additional pieces, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: small group of 4-13 people; driver + guide service: bus tour of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by explanations.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site, please forgive us, and refunds cannot be requested for this reason.
- [Regarding Lateness and Refunds] As day trips are carpooling services, if you are late at the meeting place or attractions, we will not wait for you after the specified time, and no refunds will be given, please be aware.
- [Regarding Vehicle Type] Reference vehicle type: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: minibus; 22 seater car or above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour on the day.
- [About Attraction 1] The Mount Kachikachi Ropeway at Kawaguchiko is a complimentary item. If you cannot ride the ropeway due to weather conditions, the itinerary will be changed to a Kawaguchiko Lakeside Warring States period ship or a refund of the ropeway fee.
- [About Attraction 2] The flower viewing involved in the itinerary may be earlier or later due to the influence of climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.
