• Workshop time: 11-12 pm / 2-3pm / 5-6 pm - Within 60 minutes of the production process, each family will receive one set of tools (need to be returned)
• Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult to participate
• There are employees on site who can ask questions and assist with guidance.

Note:

1. All guests entering the workshop must hold valid online reservation tickets. No changes or refunds are allowed.
2. Pets and outside food are not accepted.
3. For reservations of 10 people or more, please call the children's play area directly at 3996 6320 for enquiries.
4. If the product needs to be remade due to personal negligence (materials spilled, incorrect grams weighed, wrong production sequence, etc.), a new payment will be required.
5. Please keep your personal valuables by yourself. We will not be responsible for any loss.
6. If there is any damage to the machines/tools on site, compensation will be paid according to the price.
