6. The age range for this product is 6-65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to participate in the tour.
7. Group Size: The tour requires a minimum of 3 people to form a group. If the number of registered participants does not meet the minimum requirement, we have the right to cancel the activity and fully refund the amount paid, and will not be liable for any personal losses caused thereby.
8. Special Reminder: Some areas in Xinjiang are relatively underdeveloped due to local conditions and environmental constraints. The hotel hardware and supporting facilities cannot be compared with first- and second-tier cities. We try our best to select the best hotels.

Important Tips

1. Regarding the purchase of transportation tickets: It is recommended to purchase a plane ticket for the day of arrival. You can arrive in Urumqi on the day of arrival.
2. Regarding dismissal time: The normal dismissal time is in Urumqi. Accommodation is not included on the dismissal date, and airport transfer is not included. If you need airport transfer, it will be at your own expense. The fee is a real-time quotation and does not specify the type of vehicle.
3. The default room type for orders is a standard room. If there are not enough standard rooms during holidays, our company will communicate with you in advance to upgrade to a king-size bed room or other room types. In the event of hotel overbooking, power outages, water outages, or government activities and other force majeure factors, our company will coordinate to other hotels.
4. The default for orders is group tours. In the event of a single person joining a group, carpooling/room arrangements will be made according to the order time, and seats are not assigned.
5. Regarding accommodation: The hair dryers in some hotels or homestays may trigger overheat protection if used for a long time. If this happens, you can take a break and use them again, or contact the butler in the group for assistance.
6. Regarding road conditions: Road conditions in Altay are complicated in winter, and icy sections are extremely likely to occur. Even with the installation of anti-skid chains, there are certain safety risks. If temporary control measures are implemented or the road is severely icy and does not have traffic conditions, our company has the right to change the original route. At the same time, tourists need to sign a change agreement. In order to ensure safe travel, tourists should actively cooperate with the adjustments. Please consider carefully before signing up for the order. If road closures due to weather factors cause delays, our company will bear the additional costs incurred for vehicles and guides during the delay, and accommodation costs must be borne by the tourists themselves.
7.
