How long will be stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets

Your Car Charter service will last for a total of 10 hours. The duration of each stop can be tailored to your preferences. Typically, the driver will consult with you to ensure ample time for sightseeing and photography.

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is placed?

Your booking will be confirmed within minutes, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The driver information and car plate number will be provided to customers 1 day before the participation date from 18:00 to 2 hours before the participation time, please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Wechat).

What languages does the driver speak?

The driver can speak Chinese or Japanese. They do not speak English but can reply to customers via a translator device.

Luggage Information

  • Standard-sized luggage: 24 inches. Each piece's total dimensions (length + width + height) cannot exceed 158CM. Luggage larger than 24 inches will count as 2 pieces.

Additional information

  • According to Japan law, all children aged 0-6 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Additional Fees:
  • 14-seater vehicle: 5,000 yen/hour
  • Coaster: 10,000 yen/hour
  • Large and minibuses: 15,000 yen/hour
  • Further charges are calculated as a full hour.
  • The local operator may contact you regarding surcharges after the reservation is made if the locations involved in the itinerary are outside the service area.
  • 29-seater vehicle and 45-seater vehicle do not require child seat
  • One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
