- Pickup Service Area: We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off services for customers within Lijiang city. For locations outside of these areas, additional charges will apply. Our customer service team will communicate the exact amount and confirm with you after the order is placed.
- Schedule: Standard departure time is around 9:00 AM. The tour typically concludes around 5:00 PM, after which you will be returned to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule is flexible. You can discuss the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxed trip.
- Service Duration Notice: Please note that our overall service duration is limited to approximately 8 hours. Overtime charges will apply if the service exceeds this duration. We will communicate and confirm specific details with you in advance.
**Important Information Regarding Glacier Park Grand Cable Car Reservations:
I. The Grand Cable Car operates on a limited reservation system, especially during holidays, and ticket availability may be extremely limited. If you are unable to reserve the Grand Cable Car, we recommend considering switching to the Medium or Small Cable Car (i.e., Yak Meadow Cable Car or Spruce Meadow Cable Car), and we will refund the corresponding price difference.
II. If the scenic area's Grand Cable Car is temporarily suspended due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather), we recommend that you also switch to the Medium or Small Cable Car (Yak Meadow Cable Car or Spruce Meadow Cable Car) for your visit. Of course, if you choose not to ride a cable car, we will process a partial refund for the difference in price.
