Reviews
We had a wonderful time on the Monterey one-day tour! Our guide Ron was extremely professional and provided excellent service throughout the day. His explanations were clear and informative, and the itinerary was very well organized. We truly enjoyed the trip and had a great time. Highly recommended!
Our meeting point is nearby Macy's and we travel to the next point taking around an hour by mini van. Then, we change to another van that is larger and comfortable. The local driver is very nice and helpful. Everything at Monterey is great. There are many beautiful views.
Great tour and a very enjoyable experience. Our guide Nora was wonderful. She took us to many interesting places, talked with us throughout the trip, and even helped us take photos. At the end of the tour, she kindly dropped us off at our hotel, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!
The driver was punctual and friendly, however his role as our guide wasnt suitable due to this limited English proficiency. Tour was advertised to include guided service, but the reality was simply a transportation service. The mini van wasnt spacious, and we were driven to itinerary spots and given a simple introduction with instructions on the pick-up timing and location. klook need to get the tour operator to remove 'guided tour' description, it wasnt guided at all!
it's a great and fun trip with beautiful scenery. Our driver/ tour guide Ron is a friendly and helpful guy who helped me to take many pictures for this memorable trip, and I would like to give him a thumbs up 😊
An excellent trip! Our tour guide, Hao, was very attentive and led us to various attractions. His interesting commentary along the way made the journey even more enjoyable. I highly recommend joining this tour — if you get Hao as your guide, you’re truly lucky!
Overall a great experience with Eric. He’s punctual, responsive through WhatsApp message, a safe driver and brought the tour to life with his sense of humour. The favourite part of this tour was definitely the drive through Pacific Ocean and long the 17-mile drive range, a solid 10/10 view.
We took your agency's Monterey Peninsula day tour and were deeply impressed by the sights, including the Bird Rock viewpoint, the 250-year-old Lone Cypress, and the town of Carmel. Our guide, Hei Jinlong, who is fluent in several languages, provided detailed explanations and enthusiastic service throughout the trip, bringing our day tour to a perfect close. We would gladly participate in your agency's tours again if we have the opportunity.
our tour guide Peter’s driving was good. and we went all the places listed in this one day tour which is quite good.
Due to a golf tournament, the famous and scenic 17-Mile Drive was closed, and they asked if I wanted to cancel or receive a $6 refund. I really wanted to see Monterey, so I participated anyway, and I'm glad I did! I was able to see scenery different from San Francisco, and Pebble Beach is worth seeing. It was my first time seeing such a powerful beach; the waves were huge, and at first, they looked like a tsunami and were a little scary because of their power. You can experience the world of Planet Earth, so if you're unsure, please participate. The tour operator will send a reminder to your mobile phone in advance, so be sure to keep your mobile phone connected (I was only connected to eSIM and couldn't be contacted by mobile phone, which caused concern). The guide and driver were both Chinese, drove safely, and were very kind and gentle in their service.
