What to expect
My Gym is internationally regarded as the No. 1 program for children. Our programs are the result of intensive physiological, psychological and sociological research.
Classes are a weekly-changing program of different activities from social circle time, fun songs and dances to Adventures, Big Deal rides, swings, relays, group games and of course our gymnastics stations introducing new skills in Balancing, Tumbling, Hanging and Agility.
