The tour guide Mr. Chen explained in detail. 14 people walked around Dadan Island on foot. Only a short section of about 600 meters was taken by battery car. We walked the rest of the way. I don't want to pay a single cent. There was no prior notification before the trip. On the morning of the scheduled day, I went to Shuitou Pier according to the itinerary, only to be told by the Coast Guard that there were no boat trips to Dadan Island from Shuitou today. I was stunned. I tried every possible way to find Klook's potential partners, but they all said no. I felt like I was being scammed. Even the only related supplier's phone number I could find didn't belong to a service representative. I didn't know who to turn to for help with the problem, and I couldn't get a refund. I'm speechless and feel helpless. I won't book any more orders on Klook in the future.
