[Fireworks Only] Hakone & Atami Fireworks Day Tour (Depart from Tokyo)

-Traffic congestion is common during peak travel periods in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th). Some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) for the same day, and bringing light snacks and a portable charger.

• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seat allocation is mainly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordinator of the tour guide on the day. We hope to have your understanding and tolerance. Thank you for your consideration.
• Please be aware that as this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
• The tour will be canceled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required for the group to proceed. You will receive an email notification of the tour cancellation 1 day prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the same evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to inability to participate in the tour or poor photo quality due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedule or visit duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. Please inform those concerned.
• If the tour cannot proceed to Mt. Fuji 5th Station due to poor weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakurayama Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
• The company will not provide refunds to customers who abandon the tour midway for personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time. This tour cannot accommodate transfers to other routes or mid-tour participation. If you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children 3 years of age and older who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and need to be noted.
• Children under 2 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, but it needs to be noted. If there is no note, it cannot be arranged.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When the number of participants is small, the driver will also serve as the tour attendant to provide full tour service. There will be no additional tour leader dispatched.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there may be heavy traffic due to the large crowds. We recommend bringing your own light snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/foliage situation.

* This tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance. We recommend purchasing your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to stop due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the passenger will be responsible for the return or additional accommodation costs.

We recommend not booking flights, Shinkansen (bullet train), or dinner for the same evening, and bringing your own light snacks and a portable charger.
