All you have to do is choose between the same day and night storage, select the drop off and pick up time, and then claim your luggage at the airport or at your accommodation after 4:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that extends your time exploring the city

- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32" (length and width total 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg

- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, and face to face
- For luggage delivery to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
- Please take photos of the luggage you will have delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

It's so convenient! I came in from the gate the night before. The staff was very considerate and guided me to the meeting place. I could pick up my luggage at the airport or hotel on the same day, and I could easily walk around in the middle. When I saw other travelers walking along the stone brick road with suitcases at the sightseeing spots, I thought it was the right purchase!

Conversely, how many employees are sending mail (Lance, Franklin, Po, Vanessa, Joey, Cynthia, Juvilyn) to a service where one employee picks up luggage at the hotel and takes a motorcycle in the airport departure hall. Shouldn't I have been able to tell you where you can find things at the airport when several people asked me for a storage number for my luggage? Even airport information staff have no idea where the service is. So please indicate in the service notice that the employee is waiting for you on the second floor of your departure (outside the airport). I feel it every time, but the specific location guide for Klook's service needs a lot of improvement.
