Originally scheduled to go skydiving in Pattaya on kkday, but due to temporary aircraft maintenance in Thailand, which required three days, I booked skydiving in klook National Park instead. You can choose to communicate in Chinese. The pick-up time and driver's license plate will be notified the day before, so you can go with confidence. The instructors on site are very professional and will explain the precautions for skydiving in simple English. If you have the opportunity, you must try skydiving once in your life! There will be indescribable happiness and excitement~

When I purchased it, it was written that I would jump to Bangkok, but it turned out that I would go to Pattaya for repairs. Then the pick-up line was changed from seven in the morning to ten in the morning. The Apps said that the return trip was at two o'clock due to the delay, and the last trip was left at five o'clock. The coaches were very nice and the customer service staff were very nice. I tried my best to help, but I was late, so the half-day itinerary was changed to a one-day itinerary.

For the itinerary on August 8, 2024, I left the hotel transfer address and WhatsApp contact information. No one contacted me before 8/7. It cost more than NT$20,000 and more than 700 US dollars. On the morning of August 8th, I waited for an hour and then 25 minutes. Klook's phone number for skydiving platform was wrong. When I try to contact customer service, I always get AI responses. I paid a tip and asked the Thai counter to call me, but they told me that the number was wrong and there was no way to contact me. I contacted Klook after a week and it was fake customer service but real AI.

I strongly recommend that the coaches are professional and can pick up and drop off in Bangkok. Although the journey is a bit long, I can participate in this exciting activity without any hindrance. The driver is a nice guy and the staff is professional. I will receive the video immediately.
