Get moving with a Muay Thai practice session. This is one of the most effective striking arts in the world. Muay Thai or Thai boxing is a martial art that has been practised around the world. There are various clinching techniques and many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees and shins. Have fun during this Muay Thai session and don't worry if this is your first attempt. Learn a variety of techniques suitable for every newbie or experienced alike and the instructors will help you get an idea of how to get started in the sport and improve your skills.

A great experience and introduction to Muay Thai. We were Mom (58) and Son (32) and the instructor was so good to both of us! This is a workout! By far it was one of the best Samui experiences so far. I highly recommend to anyone who has been wanting to try but may be nervous! The semi private class fit our needs perfectly.
The overall experience was great. There were three instructors on-site, with both returning and new students. All equipment was provided, and the instructors taught and demonstrated diligently, making it easy for even beginners to follow along. The two-hour class covered many different boxing moves, making it very enriching.
I would highly recommend trying this activity. It was a great way to get the body moving, it was fun, and the coaches were super nice, funny, and helped you along the way so it was perfect for beginners.
I've had a few training sessions here at Jackie Muay Thai and I'm absolutely thrilled. The trainers are super friendly, you immediately feel comfortable, and you also get extremely good Muay Thai instruction with some still active fighters! Sure, the gym itself is a bit dated, but that doesn't change the quality they teach you.
after watching a live fight one night my partner and I who wanted to try Muay Thai. It was awesome, the trainers were very thorough and fun they really take the time to teach you properly, it exceeded my expectations would definitely recommend this gym for anyone wanting to train or just try it out!
During our vacation in Thailand, specifically our 4-day stop in Koh Samui, I booked a class for my children (my son is 20 and my daughter is 18) so they could fully immerse themselves in Thai culture. They absolutely loved these 2 hours of lessons with different instructors! The instructors were very pedagogical and encouraging. Plus, each of my children received a short souvenir video of their session. I highly recommend it and will go back myself ❤️
My husband went to the training and was happy with it: helpful and friendly coach and very nice experience overall. The facilities are a bit outdated.

We had an amazing lesson! The master really took his time for us and we had a private lesson eventhough we booked the normal class. We had a lot of fun and a good workout!
