I emailed Klook support for inquiries, but the reply wasn't received until the next day. I wanted to cancel at the time, but it wasn't possible. Ultimately, it was confirmed. The hotel's location is convenient, near Shenzhen Bay Port, making transportation very accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space, and it was quiet and relaxing to stay in. The breakfast selection was decent, and the taste was good. Overall, the service attitude was friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. This stay was satisfactory, suitable for short cross-border trips or weekend getaways.

I booked a double room package with breakfast. This was my first stay, and the front desk staff assigned me a high-floor room. The breakfast was very rich, and I was also able to request a late checkout. I apologize for forgetting to take photos.

Checkin staff friendly, hotel and room environment fine. Breakfast arrangements need improvements. Long waiting queue, seat allocation confusing. Staff did best to cope but more hands sorely needed. Congee station long long queue and orders mixed up. Food variety below a 5-star hotel standard and not appealing. Quite disappointing.
