- Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. GBP 15 per additional luggage item for a single journey

- Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
- Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Child (3-15)
- Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket
- Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 14-15 may travel alone, starting at 05:00 and reaching their destination by 22:00. Unaccompanied children will be required to show proof of age or present a signed permission letter from their parent or guardian (SMS or chat-based messages are not accepted)

I originally planned to take a low-cost airline and then transfer directly to a passenger flight. Unexpectedly, the low-cost airline delayed it for 2 hours. If I missed the bus, I couldn't get a refund.
It was on time, driver was friendly and even arrived earlier than planned. The seating was comfortable.
Gatwick Airport, which takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to, takes an hour to get from Victoria to Heathrow Airport, and takes a lot of time to get to Gatwick. If you are in a hurry, try using other public transportation. The price is cheap.
Show the ticket to the driver when you get on the bus, and the driver will help you put your luggage, which is very nice. The bus station is also easy to find. If you don't know where the bus is going, just ask the driver.
Excellent transport choice! The price for comfort and professionalism is a bargain. I ride from Gatwick Airport to Park Plaza in extreme comfort!
It took 2.5 hours to travel from Gatwick to London to get to White House. The airport staff told us that we could take the Gatwick Express instead. It's a little more expensive, but it's much faster.
The voucher was issued right away and I used it well. When you get off at Gatwick North, it's just to the right of the exit, and it takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to Victoria Coach Station. The buses seem to run every 40 to 50 minutes, and I'll stop by Heathrow Airport before going.
For those heading to Gatwick Airport rather than Heathrow, travel comfortably with a Klook airport bus ticket. Since you are transiting through Heathrow Airport, you need to get to Victoria Coach Station early.
