Kanshoku Ramen in Orchard

Visited the ION Orchard outlet with a friend during Covid-19 Phase 2. Very good experience. There was distancing in place. My friend and I was sharing the bowl of ramen as it was late afternoon and we wanted to try it as a snack. Purchased the voucher from Klook while we were shopping at ION. The service crew was very attentive and saw that we were sharing and she asked if we wanted an empty bowl to split the noodles. We will definitely return to this outlet.

Felt that the noodle served was abit cold but I enjoyed the char siew Gyoza was pretty good

Good food and friendly Staffs. Just take note we were there at 4pm and had to come back at 5pm since they were on break. if would have been nice to be made aware of the break timing on the listing so as to not waste time going during their break time.

Food was good as expected. Not a lot of savings as this item is $16.90++ and $17 nett on Klook. But can be cheaper if you use Klook promo codes. Easy to redeem. No choice of soft/hardness of noodles was given when using Klook voucher.

Tip, this dry noodles needs to be mixed properly! Noodle was kind of hard to chew but taste was yummy. A girl Staff (more like student) who served my dish just slammed it on my table though. Didn't even say anything. Bad staff service.

Dry Truffle ramen was delicious. The chicken karage and pork gyozas were good too.

Recommended! Easy redemption. Friendly staff. Water was served too. :) thank you.

The staff was familiar with the klook voucher redemption process. Food was served quickly.
