2. Group departure instructions: During the group trip, you cannot leave early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave early or leave the group midway, the unfinished part of the trip will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. If any accident occurs after leaving or leaving the group, all responsibilities and losses must be borne by yourself.
3. Accommodation instructions: If you do not check in at the designated hotel during the trip, you cannot get a discount refund, and other accommodation expenses must be borne by you. If the hotel is full or requisitioned due to force majeure, our agency has the right to adjust, please be aware; hotel resources are tight during holidays. If there are not enough hotel rooms, our customer service will inform you in advance and adjust to other room types or hotels of the same level, please be aware.
4. Meeting place: Urumqi City, the whole day of the group day is the gathering day, and there are no group activities.
5. Disbanding place: Urumqi City, accommodation on the disbanding day is not included.
6. The age range for this product is: 6-65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to join the group.
7. Number of groups: one group per order, one RV per group.
8. Special tips: Some areas in Xinjiang are relatively backward due to local conditions and environmental constraints. Hotel hardware and supporting facilities cannot be compared with those in first- and second-tier cities. We try to choose the best hotels for accommodation.
9. Disbandment instructions: Accommodation on the night of the disbandment is not included, please be aware.
10. Others: If you encounter traffic control, you need to flexibly adjust or delay your arrival at some attractions, please be aware.

3. This product accepts people aged 6-65. If the guest is not of this age, our company has informed the itinerary and insists on joining the group, and a waiver agreement should be signed.

If the hotel adjusts our booked room to a hotel of the same level due to its own reasons (full room or power outage, water outage, heating, etc.) or the booked room cannot be checked in due to force majeure factors such as government activities, our company will try its best to assist the guest to stay in a hotel of the same level, but will not bear the additional expenses incurred; if the price difference is adjusted to a hotel of a different level, it will be refunded by our company after the trip.
5. This itinerary does not accept pregnant women, breastfeeding babies, patients with sudden diseases such as heart disease and hypertension, and those who have undergone surgery recently. Please understand.
6. No refund will be made if you do not participate in the complimentary items in the itinerary.
