Jim Thompson, A Thai Restaurant

The restaurant is in the Jim Thompson museum, with a restaurant on the ground floor and a bar upstairs. The decoration is very Thai-style. The four-person party set has three appetizers, five main dishes and three desserts, plus four special drinks. The dishes are delicious and generous. The waiter has a good service attitude and patiently introduces each dish, trying his best to satisfy our needs. Spicy request. The most outstanding one is the manual shaved ice machine at the end, which allows everyone to appreciate the process of making shaved ice🍧. Finally, we also got complimentary drinks at the bar upstairs, plus a free shuttle bus to and from the National Stadinum station, which is highly recommended and very cost-effective.

Jim Thomson was a gastronomic experience, from the attentive staff, food preparation and presentation to being well taken care of specially with our server Baw, it was a delightful dinning experience. Plus they treated us with a complementary drink at the bar, mocktail or cocktail.

Excellent Service by Arm and Bo at the A Thai Restaurant. The 3-course set was really awesome and delicious. We had enjoyed the dining experience.

The environment and facilities are excellent, and the food is great, but the drinks are just okay. After dinner, we received a voucher for a drink at the upstairs bar, which made the overall experience very satisfying.

The friendly service staff can be felt from the moment you enter the door. The exquisite food is a pleasure from sight to taste. It is highly recommended for couples, colleagues and families to dine here.

The food and services are great. I like the dish called “Pad Thai Goong” The noodle is very chewing, although the shrimp is not firm like lobster, but the taste is very good.

I was glad to experience the restaurant at Jim Thompson Restaurant. I went with my parents in their 70s, and I was especially excited because it was a restaurant with a historical background. The staff's response was top-notch. However, it was difficult for my parents to eat because it was their first time trying Thai food. I would highly recommend it to those who have tried Thai food before.
