Additional information

  • When bringing dogs or cats onboard, please provide a rabies vaccination certificate for the animal (valid for at least 30 days and no more than 1 year). Pets are not allowed in the passenger cabin. Please bring your own pet mask and cage to secure them on the deck (deck space is limited; boarding is subject to availability). This restriction does not apply to police dogs, guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, or guide dog puppies, hearing dog puppies, or service dog puppies accompanied by professional trainers.
  • Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger

  • The ferry ride from Taitung to Orchid Island is approximately 100 minutes.
  • The ferry ride from Kenting to Orchid Island is approximately 120 minutes.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication in advance.

Redemption Details

  • Please present your voucher to redeem your physical ticket. KLOOK vouchers will not be accepted for boarding.
  • Taiwan travelers, please present a valid passport or identification document to redeem your ferry ticket. Foreign travelers, please present a valid passport at the ticket counter to redeem your ferry ticket.
