Once booking is confirmed the respective individual contact us. They wait for us patiently at the arrival gate. Fast and easy, recommended for ppl that didn't like to queue up the long lane.

i was skeptical at first because i read bad reviews about the fast track service for arrival. and plus operator did not contact me until i raised concerns with klook. but the on the ground service when we arrived, was amazing and swift and i was so glad i took the fast track because the queue would have been super long for us otherwise!

The company msg me one day earlier on the details of the redemption. Basically, there will be someone waiting for you with your name on paper and bring you to the fast track counter. My flight was on Sunday’s afternoon and the line was not long at the immigration. So I guess it depends on your luck.

I’m not sure if it’s a good value for money. I read reviews before booking, so I knew they won’t help with our luggage. I also had to text them multiple times before arriving to make sure someone will be waiting for us. However it was nice to go through security a little bit faster. Save your money, don’t book here, when lines are crazy, there are people at Phu Quoc airport offering this service for much cheaper

afternoon departure from phu quoc airport. the immigration queue in this case don't seem to really require the fast track, we got it anyway just in case.

The best Fast Track service which I ever had. The representative pick up us at the entrance with name table and follow before we didn't finish passport control in airport 👍

No Regrets to get this fast track service. Received an email a day in advance and on arrival everything went smoothly.

I was initially worried about being misled by machine translations after seeing recent reviews, but thankfully I did receive a greeting email from the vendor the day before departure. After disembarking and heading towards customs, I happened to pass by someone holding a Klook sign. He called us over, confirmed our identity, took photos of our passports, and then told us to line up at a nearby customs counter. After waiting for the group ahead of us, we cleared customs quickly in about 3 minutes. Glad I bought it.
