- Departure Location: Located on the 2nd floor of the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal in Macau, office hours: 09:15 - 17:30
- Departure Location: Located in the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport new terminal building, 3rd floor, international departure area, helicopter waiting room. Office hours: 09:00 - 17:30
- Applicable to Hong Kong ↔ Macau routes: Passengers must arrive at the boarding lounge 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete check-in procedures.
- Macau ↔ Shenzhen route: Passengers must arrive at the departure lounge 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete check-in procedures.
Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed one free carry-on item. Carry-on baggage must not exceed 16 x 14 x 6 inches and 5 kg in weight. If the size or weight of the baggage exceeds these limits, passengers must check the baggage. Each checked baggage item must not exceed 37 x 24 inches.
- Each passenger (excluding infants) is entitled to a complimentary checked baggage allowance of 7 kg. Excess baggage will be charged at HKD/MOP/RMB 300 per kg thereafter.
Eligibility
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Children aged 2+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Infants under two years old are only required to pay government taxes and insurance surcharges (3 months to 24 months (inclusive)). Infants under two years old will not be assigned their own seat.
- Each adult may only accompany one child under the age of two. A maximum of two children under the age of two are permitted per flight.
