Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

- You will receive the eSIM QR code from Airhub App directly after making a booking
- eSIM validity period (days) starts upon successful installation. Please install it on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity

Important Notes
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at the destination when you need it
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation

I can't use this eSIM in Canada. There are many eSIMs that can be used in the US, so it's not a problem, but there are few eSIMs that can be used in Canada, so I bought this and I can't use it in Canada, so I'm really in trouble.
Internet in Canada is not connecting. Only connected once and then not working later.
Very intermittent data, unable to connect to T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T in the US. Waste of money, customer service is very slow via email as well.
Don’t purchase. It’s a scam. It doesn’t work. I’ve been using e-SIM since 2023 and this is the first time an e-SIM has not worked. My brother and I purchased this and the service is useless. It will show “3G” but will not load any internet activity, not messenger, safari or anything connected to the internet. I followed the steps and I double checked it, multiple times. The merchant will only tell you to “follow the steps” as assistance.
Data was fine however couldn't make any calls ...?....
It couldn't be used at first, but fortunately after contacting customer service several times, they were quickly told that the telecommunications company needed to change it, and it became available quickly.
Reception in the United States and Canada is unstable. It is recommended to try and adjust to find the most suitable combination.
Although convenient, the connection is not very stable. If you are indoors it is best to use WiFi
I had a VERY BAD experience with your sold eSim (Data only) when inserting it at my SS Galaxy S24 Ultra. The eSim signal was ON however I could not understand why NOT log in any internet apps?
