- You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
Transfer Options:
- Area A: Taipei City (Not including Wenshan District and Section 7, Zhongshan N Rd)
- Area B: New Taipei and Taipei City Wenshan District and Section 7, Zhongshan N Rd
- Area C: Keelung City
Vehicle Options:
- Up to 3 passengers: Toyota Camry
- Up to 4 passengers: Toyota Wish / Benz W220
- 5-8 passengers: Volkswagen T5
Additional Information:
- If you want to change the boarding time, please inform us 24 hours before departure
- The waiting time for the airport is 60 minutes. Timeout and unable to get in touch with the guest, will be handled as No Show, no refund
- The pick-up and stop time in the urban area is 15 minutes. If it is overdue and the guest cannot be contacted, it will be handled as a No Show without refund. If you contact the guest and confirm that you still need a car, the driver will wait for TWD 250 per 30 minutes
- Overtime and fees beyond the pick-up area, please pay directly to the driver
- Please indicate your hotel and flight number in the special request box for contact
- If you need a safety seat, please inform the required number on the passenger information filling page, and pay the surcharge to the driver on the spot
Insider Tips:
- Be sure to leave a contactable email address. Driver information and contact details will be sent before 22:00 the night before departure
- Please be sure to fill in the number and size of luggage, we will arrange suitable vehicles according to the information
- 5-seater car: up to 3 24-inch suitcases
- 9-seater car: up to 8 24-inch suitcases

Surcharges:
- Overtime fee: TWD200 every 30 min
- TWD100 for pick up between 11:00pm and 12:00am, and between 5:00am and 6:00am; TWD200 for pick up between 12:00am and 5:00am
- Please pay any extra charges in cash to the driver directly
- If the confirmed flight changes in any case, please contact the driver at least 3 hours before the scheduled time
- The free waiting time for airport pick up service is 45 minutes starting from the actual flight arrival time
- Waiting time over 15 min will be charged for 30 min overtime
- The driver can wait for you with a signboard at airport arrival, which charges TWD100. Please pay in cash directly to the driver
- This service provides child safety seats that apply for children aged 6 months to 4 years old. The first child seat will be provided for free. The second child seat will incur a surcharge of TWD100
- Please indicate number of child seats you need on extra information page and pay the surcharge to the driver on site
Chinese New Year (3-9 Feb 2019):
- The following surcharges will apply during the Chinese New Year full stop and the extra fee should be paid to the driver on site:
- Surcharge of TWD200: Toyota Camry/Toyota Wish

Very convenient service. Although book car/driver to pickup 30 minutes after arrival, I got out after immigration and customs clearance in 7 minutes, much earlier than I planned, but driver already waiting. Driver may not speak English but since his car plate number, name and mobile no. was sent via SMS the evening before my flight, I can verify with him and off we go to the hotel. Smooth ride. Highly recommend for business travellers, first time to Taipei or foreigners who do not know local transport well nor speak Chinese (Taxi drivers only speak Chinese and mainly accept cash only).
safe and secure pickup service especially first time in Taipei, or foreigner who.doesn't have cash to pay taxi (prepaid by credit card) or those cannot speak Mandarin (driver already has your hotel address). However, do take note to prepare cash NTD100 to pay surcharge if you booked "Name print on Arrival Card" service.
