We really enjoyed this tour, especially because of our amazing tour guide, Puon. She was so kind, supportive, and thoughtful, always taking photos for us and sharing helpful tips to make our stay in Ho Chi Minh City even better. They even surprised my aunt by singing "Happy Birthday," which made the experience extra special. The tour was smooth despite it being a Sunday, and we loved the food, music, animals, boat ride, and unique experiences. Aside from a few grumpy coconut candy sellers, everyone was friendly. Just bring water because it can get quite hot. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Puon as your guide!

This is a must-try experience if you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I actually had no expectations for this trip because it was so affordable, but it turned out to be truly memorable. Our guide was attentive, kind, and accommodating, and he spoke English very well. The tour featured a honey tea ceremony, a traditional song performance by locals, a boat tour, a coconut candy workshop, and a short trip to a pagoda. We also learned that taking this tour helps the locals thrive. Don't forget to tip them and show appreciation for their culture!

There was also a hotel pick-up and drop-off, so the trip for two seniors was very satisfying. THAO's guide was also very good, explaining various things. Thank you THAO! The boat ride on the Mekong River was fun. Lunch was very delicious. The mild-tasting hotpot and the round fried balls, which I forgot the name of, were especially delicious! This is a tour you definitely can't miss if you come to Ho Chi Minh City.

It was a very enjoyable and satisfying tour. Our guide, Tao, was very kind, gentle and considerate, and told us many interesting stories during the tour, and thanks to Tao, we were able to enjoy the whole day. We visited temples, rode in a horse-drawn carriage, held a honey collection box, had a big snake around our neck, went on a boat ride on the Mekong River, had a delicious lunch, and so on - all of these are fond memories. The honey we bought locally was so delicious that after returning to Japan, I put a little bit in my tea every day and drank it, remembering my fun trip to Vietnam. If I go to Ho Chi Minh again, I would like to take the same tour. Thank you so much, Tao!

I participated in a Japanese-guided tour of the Mekong River. There were 10 people on the tour that day. Our guide, THAO, was very kind and taught us a lot about Vietnam in detail. The boat experience, the food, and even the experience of wrapping a snake around my neck were all things I could never experience in Japan, and I enjoyed it very much! It was a very satisfying tour! Thank you, THAO and the driver!

It was a lot of fun. Lunch was also delicious! Tao, the female guide, was fluent in Japanese and was very kind, like a mother. She took a lot of photos for us. There were some people trying to sell souvenirs along the way, but I don't think they were too pushy! If you want to, you can wrap a snake around your neck. No one else was doing it, so I didn't, but I regret that I should have done it (lol)

There are many cheap English tours available, but I chose a Japanese tour so I wouldn't be lonely traveling alone. They were flexible with the pick-up/drop-off points and were able to accommodate my hotel. This was my third Mekong Delta tour, but I really enjoyed riding in the horse-drawn carriage, visiting a new restaurant (although it was outdoors and not very tasty!), and being able to go alligator fishing. Also, since you can't choose the other guests on a shared tour, it was noisy the whole time and I got a little tired.

After arriving at the site, we applied for a Japanese guided tour. Because we didn't have enough people, we had three options: an English tour, upgrading to a private tour, or canceling. However, we really wanted to go on the Mekong River cruise, so we upgraded to a private tour for an additional 900,000 VND per person. The two of us enjoyed the tour, and the guide spoke very good Japanese, and explained many things along the way, which was very fun. The temples we stopped at were wonderful, and the fruits and lunch were delicious. The Mekong River cruise was many times more fun than I had imagined, and thanks to the private tour, we were able to charter the boat and carriage, and enjoy the tour without having to worry about other people. We were able to spend a fun day with detailed explanations in Japanese and recommendations from the guide. I'm glad we upgraded.
