Redemption Method

• ① Please install the Taiwan PASS APP first. After logging in with your redemption code in the APP, you can view the list of included products and usage regulations within the Pass.
• ② After confirming the departure date, enter the APP and click on the virtual card. After entering the card user's information, complete the card activation. You can then use the electronic voucher (QR Code) in the Taiwan PASS APP at the designated verification point, where service personnel will verify it for ticket exchange or boarding.

Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Routes

• Taiwan Tourist Shuttle routes can be reserved via the Taiwan PASS reservation service for desired route itineraries.
• After the reservation is completed, you still need to hold a "physical round-trip ticket" to board.
• Booking services and round-trip tickets must be on the same route. (For example, if booking a class on the Alishan line, you must use an Alishan line round-trip ticket for verification and to redeem paper tickets.)
• After the reservation is completed, it will be displayed on the APP page. Please present your reserved session for verification by station staff/driver when collecting tickets.

Taiwan High Speed Rail 3-Day Pass

• Redemption and booking methods:

1. Use the electronic redemption code in the Taiwan PASS APP on the Taiwan High Speed Rail official website's order management function to exchange for a travel date and make a reservation.
2. With the electronic redemption code in the Taiwan PASS APP, go to any HSR station ticket counter to exchange for your travel date and make a reservation. Station information can be found on the Taiwan High Speed Rail official website.
3. Please make a reservation in advance on the APP, and complete the reservation at the latest one day before the boarding date to be able to board. (Example: If you wish to take the train on January 2, 2024, please complete the reservation before 23:59 on January 1, 2024)

Taipei-Keelung-Taoyuan Transportation Pass 2-Day Ticket

• How to use: After obtaining the physical ticket, it will be automatically activated upon sensing at a station turnstile or bus ticket machine. You can ride an unlimited number of times within 2 consecutive days, with each ride limited to one person. (Calculated by day, not 24-hour system)
• Includes: Taipei Metro, 6 Taiwan Tourist Shuttle routes (Jiufen Gold Mine Line, Beitou Zhuzihu Line, Muzha Pingxi Line, Crown Northern Coast Line, Golden Fulong Line, and Binhai Qiji Line), and city buses in the three counties/cities of Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung; Excludes: 4-digit highway passenger transport.

Kaohsiung MRT + Light Rail Two-Day Pass

• Usage

1. When taking the MRT, first open the QR code of this product on your phone, bring the phone screen close to the QR code sensing area of the ticket gate. After successful sensing and the gate opens, you can enter and exit the station.
2. When riding the light rail, there is currently no need to scan a ticket reader. If you encounter a ticket inspector, please cooperate by showing the digital ride code (QRCode) screen for verification. Official Website
