Try not to wash your hair after arriving in Shangri-La on the first night to allow your body to adapt to the high-altitude climate.
- ( 2 ) When arriving at high altitude for the first time, most people experience some psychological pressure. If you experience a reaction, immediately use oxygen to relieve chest tightness and discomfort. Of course, oxygen can temporarily relieve symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing, but the symptoms will reappear after stopping oxygen, delaying the time it takes to adapt to the high altitude. If the above symptoms are not very severe, it is recommended not to use oxygen easily to avoid forming a dependency, which will allow you to adapt to the high-altitude environment more quickly.
