Korea trains

You can book all train types and routes on Klook, except SRT. This includes high-speed KTX, intercity ITX, and regional services such as Mugunghwa and Nuriro trains.

• You can book tickets on Klook web or app.
• Search and book up to 3 months in advance.
• You can't book tickets for trains departing within 20 minutes.
• Tickets purchased on Klook can be refunded only on Klook.

You can board directly with Klook e-ticket, without having to pick up tickets. Present the e-ticket to the train staff when requested.

1) Arrive at the station at least 15 minutes early for smooth boarding.

2) Check the departure screens for your train, departure time, destination, and platform number.

3) Find your car and seat numbers on your e-ticket and board the train.

• Car numbers are marked outside & above the door of each car.
• Seat numbers are marked above each row of seats.

4) Show your ticket to the train staff if asked.

You can bring up to two pieces of luggage, as long as they don't take up seats or block the aisle. Store your luggage in overhead racks or at designated luggage areas. Note that you'll need to carry and handle your own bags.
